Baked goods are always fresh and amazing. Coffee is great and Team is awesome. A favorite stop whenever in the downtown Fredericksburg area. Close to train station.
This is by far my favorite coffee shop in downtown FXBG. I lived downtown for a year and my favorite weekend activity was going to agora and getting a coffee and sitting outside on the back patio with a book. I will often go out of my way to stop there in the morning before I go to work too. I love their scrambled tofu wrap and their havarti pesto croissant for food and my go-to drink orders are a hazelnut cortado or the honey bear latte. The baristas are all so personable and easy to talk to and they always make my day when I get to see them.

Customer service was great. I ordered the honey latte with almond milk and a pineapple upside down cake. The cake was hard and very cold but tasted ok. The sugar was caramelized well on the cake. I ordered the honey latte with help of the nice cashier. The drink was good. It was more of a mild espresso flavor but nothing extraordinary. Very nice decoration of handmade local art inside the store. I may definitely come back to purchase some! The price for my order was 8, which is a great price in my opinion.
Fabulous little coffee shop in downtown Fred. Either come and sit in the very spacious back area or take your coffee while you window shop. Lots of seating and backdoor patio which is pup friendly, just walk to the back. Some cute local crafts available for sale as well.
This is an amazing family owned business, with some of the best coffee drinks and food ever. The Orange Cinnamon Mocha is my all time favorite, and the Havarti Pest croissants are an excellent healthy lunch - especially warmed up. The baristas really know what they're doing and everyone at Agora is very friendly. Lots of used books and local art to browse as well, but it's the coffee that keeps me going back every time I'm in town.
The place has a cozy, welcoming vibe with friendly staff and charming decor. I tried their spiced iced chai, and it was absolutely amazing – the perfect blend of spices and sweetness. The coffee shop not only has great drinks but also a commitment to quality and sustainability, which I really appreciate. The pastries are fresh and delicious too, especially the croissants.
Got a cappuccino here. Decaf espresso which was good. Atmosphere and service is phenomenal. They will cater to you and ask you about milk choices, sweetener, etc. You get what you want. Lot of excellent products (food and lotions) for purchase that are high quality. Wife got lavender oil for skin she loved, bought second bottle. Back of shop has art work and small library. Very cozy.
